We continue to get great, professional service from Summers PHC! Today was our annual A/C checkup, and it happened to coincide with a problem we were having with the blower motor. JOE CHRISTENSON from Summers came to check out the unit, and told us the blower motor was very hot, and a bearing was probably going out. He pointed out that the furnace should have been installed on top of a "box", which helps to draw air in from the bottom and keeps the blower cooler. He also checked out the compressor outside. Joe ordered a new blower at my request, and will return next week to install it. He also gave us good information on what to consider when it's time to replace this HVAC system. We are quite pleased at the service that Summers always provides us!
