Justin was great. Had an issue with our furnace and instead of just saying what the issue was, walked me through what and the why it was happening. Justin then also explained everything again over the phone so my husband could hear it and understand straight from Justin. Could totally tell that Justin had the knowledge of his profession. We end up needing a new furnace and he took his time explaining the difference between the different types of efficiencies and furnaces. We wish we could have gone with his highly recommended one but had to go a little lower due to having to make some “adjustments” we would have to make the house. But overall, very happy with Justin and his knowledge and professionalism!
