You’re team called to let us know they were on the way and about 15 minutes they arrived! They and I inspected the site to determine where everything was going to be installed! Justin explained in depth how they would proceed with the job and device their tasks up so both the removal of the furnace and AC were done simultaneously! And did the same with the installation of the new equipment! As they proceeded I was kept informed! After the project was completed they reviewed all of what the did visually and verified that everything was working properly! I am very pleased with their work ethics and ask if I could buy them lunch!! Clean up was 100%! They arrived at before 7:30 am and completed the installation shortly before 2:00pm.
