I wanted to give props to my technician, Timothy B. Complete professional and extremelypersonable. He's a young man and has a bright future. I was extremely appreciative of his explanation of the issue and willingness to allow me to hover. I didn't, but it shows me his confidence. I have to say Summers excels in this part of their training their technicians. Yes, they always try to upsell additional products, but they are not pushy. Always checking warranties and making good. I'd recommend Summers and ask for Timothy. Keep it up kid!

On two different occasions in the past year or so, we have had had two different plumbing emergencies in our basement after hours. The first time, Dan came in the middle of the night and tonight, Mike came at 10:30pm to replace our sump pump and broken valve. Both times, they were here within 20 minutes and were done within an hour. This is huge when you are looking at a flooding basement. Other plumbers have only been able to offer next day appointments. We are very impressed with Summers and even signed up for their annual package.
