Summers did an awesome job, their tech Anthony told us very straightforward what the issue was. Noticed a previous service from another provider was still under warranty, and had us reach out to try and get it taken care of through the other provider. When that didn't pan out as planned we were able to have Anthony back to finish the job. I would highly recommend them!

In the midst of a thunderstorm and damaging wind rain I experienced a power outage lasting 42 hours and ground water was coming into the basement. I did not have generator or backup plan. I called Summer’s Plumbing if there was an option to remedy the situation. The person on the phone was pleasant, understanding, and helpful. A plan was put in place. A technician arrived within an hour of the phone call and an appointment set up to install a sump pump with battery back up when power was restored. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable and answered our questions. The technician was on time for the installation and completed within 90 minutes. Numerous payment options were available when I called.
