So far Summers has been outstanding. When A/c quit working a few months ago I called Summers as they were the ones who installed last year. They got someone out the same day and I think the guys name was Kei th, but anyway he got me going again with in minutes. then yesterday they messaged me about my prepaid maintenance + inspection without me calling them and they were very flexible with appointment to my convenience for today and they sent Vince out here were here on time and did my inspection for no charge. I purchased this home in December and told their representative that. And she said they were not aware that the previous owner had passed away and she immediately said let me transfer the warranty to my name without me even asking. They were outstanding in my experience. 5 stars for Summers!

Dakota was great and the staff that showed up to help him. We’re also good. Some confusion from customer service about parts on order. Also – my work order said I’m supposed to have an expansion tank installed yet I see none. If they were supposed to install an expansion tank, they forgot.
