I called for emergency service at 4:45 p.m. on a weekend Sunday 9/6/26 as I had a water pipe leakage where I had to turn water off, and they were here at 8:30 pm. Late I know, but they were busy and Google maps sent the tech to wrong address more North of me as I was South. Technician text and communicate with me of the delay as he was with a customer before me. Technician Loyd J. was the tech arriving. His skills and professionalism went right to the source of the problem, no loitering around and right to the job. His communication skills explained the pipe problems we had and pointed out leaks we never knew existed. Explained the cost which was high as we were still dealing with tornado issues damages from August 11, 2026. We are senior citizens too. After a few minutes the job was completed, quick and precise too. Better yet was given a discounts which really helped out. After a few signatures as technology tablet signatures at its best and a few of many questions had to asked Loyd J. he was pleasant and always answered our questions we had for him. He was making sure we were satisfied with the work as yes we were the leaks stopped. I now have a sign showing all that passed my house on who to call for services with heating and plumbing issues. This is a must have company to call with plumbing issues such as I did and or Heating and A/C as I had used this company before at another house. Will call them for all my needs. I disconnected the hassles of NIPSCO warranty services what a waste of money they took and it was weeks for services. Summers is the Best. I am not affiliated with this company at all. Today I had a tankless water heater installed by Anthony and Justin not only did they do a wonderful job installing but they also took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Showed me how everything operated and made sure I knew where the shut off valve was located in case I needed to shut it off for any reason. Everything was left clean. They were very nice and a pleasure to have working in my home.

Jason was professional, efficient, and very personable. He fixed the problem quickly and also told me how to avoid future issues.

He’s awesome. Super helpful . And super welcoming . this guy is the best very helpful and very understanding. And goes above and beyond to help . Give this guy a raise seriously he’s awesome . God bless him

Excellent service! Yesterday was the 2nd time I've had service provided by Summer's. Both times they've been phenomenal in every way! They came the same day I called. Service & pricing have been great. Yesterday, one of the water pipes in the bathroom broke causing a flood and me having to shut off the water to the whole house. Summer's sent Lloyd. Lloyd deserves a raise! I have very old piping that you can't find anymore, but Lloyd was determined to get it fixed and not leave me without water. He went above and beyond to make sure my pipe was fixed & water was restored.

Andrew came at a moments notice when my sewer line burst. He was able to do a temporary fix while he prepared his team for a follow up visit. I had zero issues with my plumbing in between appointments. He came back with his co-work Eric and they were awesome. They replaced all the burst galvanized pipes and my system has never worked better. Total rock stars and I’d recommend them to anyone.
