They helped us through a VERY stressful situation. Their managers were extremely knowledgeable and reassuring. The technician Ziggy and Charlie are newer but they are extremely hard workers.

Very pleased with the service provided this week. I called the 24 hour emergency service on Monday because my furnace was not working properly. Kevin came out and got my furnace working again but informed me that a new furnace was needed. Kevin didn’t leave until the furnace was working and my new furnace was scheduled to be installed. Brandon and Justin came Wednesday and had the new furnace installed and running quickly and efficiently. They explained everything to me about the new furnace and thermostat. Summers came out and diagnosed my furnace wrong the way I found out I called someone else for a second opinion and it was a completely different thing and summers was gonna charge me $875 for a gas valve the the other people said it was the bored the gas valve was good and I paid them 250 to change that that was what was wrong and when I called summers and asked hey can I have my 100 back sence you get me wrong diagnostics they said il tell my manger and haven’t heard from them in over a month now I would definitely not recommend if that’s the way there going to run a business

Nick and Ziggy did a prompt, cheerful, professional emergency repair when our pipes burst in the ceiling and flooded the garage. They could not have been nicer or more helpful and quickly replaced the burst copper pipe, cleaned up meticulously, and offered us their helpful membership maintenance plans. Many thanks!

We could not have called a better company. Our furnace went out on Friday night in -21 degrees. Nick came to the house and apologized for taking so long very polite and explained everything. (We felt it was a not that long of a wait with the weather being so cold.). Ended up needing a new furnace. Mark and Dom came out on Sunday and has us repaired in no time. They were both very polite and explained all we needed to know.

Recently, Donnell came to our house to do a yearly inspection of our furnace.
He was very professional and thorough. He explained what and the process of what he was doing. While here he gave us some recommendations for additional things that could be done to protect our furnace in the event of power outages.
He also put in an order for filters for the Solace Air cleaner we have in our house. They should be delivered to the home in a couple days.
He was kind enough to make sure I was putting the filters in correctly. He took the time to answer any questions we had on what was being done while he was here.
