Anthony and Christian are the best! They were both knowledgeable in diagnosing and fixing the issue with my furnace. They could not have been nicer to work with. My cat also approves of them!

Very pleased with the service provided this week. I called the 24 hour emergency service on Monday because my furnace was not working properly. Kevin came out and got my furnace working again but informed me that a new furnace was needed. Kevin didn’t leave until the furnace was working and my new furnace was scheduled to be installed. Brandon and Justin came Wednesday and had the new furnace installed and running quickly and efficiently. They explained everything to me about the new furnace and thermostat. Thank you so much for excellent service!

Donnell serviced my furnace today. He was very thorough, explained the details, and made great suggestions regarding types of furnace filters and the frequency of changing them. He also suggested changing the thermostat batteries yearly, which I did not know or do. He showed me how to remove the cover and adjust the time after changing the batteries out. Mike, Randy, and Austin were the gentlemen assigned to our project. From the first minute of their arrival I was impressed with their courtesy and professionalism. Their communications were clear and thorough. They maintained their work area, and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. We have another project or two we hope to have done in the future, and we would happily consider Summers generally, and these men particularly, to help us with these future projects.

Andy and Ziggy did a great and I am very happy with their service today.

We had Andy and Ziggy out today from Summers in Crown point to replace our old failing sump pump and backup system, both were very nice, helpful and efficient, also very knowledgeable. They were here In Schererville when the said they'd be, will definitley use again!

Recently, Donnell came to our house to do a yearly inspection of our furnace.
He was very professional and thorough. He explained what and the process of what he was doing. While here he gave us some recommendations for additional things that could be done to protect our furnace in the event of power outages.
He also put in an order for filters for the Solace Air cleaner we have in our house. They should be delivered to the home in a couple days.
He was kind enough to make sure I was putting the filters in correctly. He took the time to answer any questions we had on what was being done while he was here.
