I am very disappointed in summers heating and air condition I've been a customer for 20 years made a appointment a year ago to have my air conditioner cleaned on April 29,2026 they cancelled my appointment now can not reschedule till end of July I pay a fee every month will not recommend them

My experience with Summer's plumbing was a exceptional one. Highly recommend. Jacob Thompson was a exceptional plumber. Highly skilled and very caring for the customer. I had emergency service and was impressed with response time and exceptional service. Highly recommend. 5 🌟 stars.

Mark, Justin, and Josh installed a new furnace and air conditioning system in my home yesterday. I have never experienced such a high level of professionalism and meticulous work practices as I did yesterday. They were very courteous also. They were also very nice guys that I would have no problem trusting in my home. Good job Summers.

We've used Summers for years and generally have not had a problem with them. They are responsive when you have an issue, which is great, but their maintenance plan has become increasingly frustrating. I understand these appointments are de-prioritized but when they cancelled our appointment, we had to wait another 2 months to be rescheduled. And their AI scheduling system leaves a bit to be desired. No response when confirming via sms, so you don't know if you actually have an appointment. And forget calling - it's challenging to talk to an actual person (we never did).

I’ve had good experiences with them although they seem a bit high priced. Regardless, as a “contract” customer, I called for my A/C clean & check and was given the first available date of literally 7 weeks out! The first thing listed on my contract say “Priority customer status.” I don’t think so.

Anthony was fantastic. He was very helpful and gave us a ton of knowledge about our current system and what the possibilities we have down the road when we look to upgrade. My family and I are always grateful when we can work with technicians like him and companies like Summers.

I don’t know who gives this place such high ratings, We called because we had a problem with our water tank, but still had hot water. Guy came in Wednesday at 4:00 PM, told me what was wrong within 5 minutes, I said fix it, he said it was too late and we would have to wait till the following day and charged me $100 to analyze it. Wasted half my day but finally shows up Thursday and supposedly fixed it, this time he stayed 10 whole minutes, and charged me $130. Now I have no hot water, so we called and now they want to charge me an additional $169!!! Before they came I had hot water, my 4 yr old tank was just making a popping noise and now I have no hot water after they “fixed it.” Warning don’t fall into this web that I fell into, I have a feeling that this is going to take a call to the BBB, and another waste of a day.! SCAM ALERT, UPDATE!!! Before I had this outfit come out, I had hot water. My AO Smith water heater is 4 yrs old on a 10 yr warranty. Now they had a new guy come out today (wasting day 3) and told me I needed a whole new water heater at $2800 and it was nothing they did and then he proceeded to tell me that if it was their fault rest assured he would of told me. My opinion is the first guy messed up, and really screwed up my water heater, because if I needed a new one, he could of told me on day one, so the company isn’t going to eat a water heater, so they tried selling me a new one. I will be reporting them to BBB, and now I have to waste a day taking them to small claims to at least get the money they took from me, and try to recover some loss on a new water heater, but the company knows it’s going to be impossible for me to prove that, so I still lose, but maybe this review will do somebody else some good and before they respond with “Call us, so we can discuss your problem.” We tried calling before hand, and tried to talk to a manager, and of course got no response because “They were too busy”

Charged me 7k for a new A/C unit about 5 years ago. The thing never stops running when it's hot. And it never gets to the desired temp. They've been out to look at it every single year and want more money to fix what they installed. Avoid this company.

Dan was great! He did an amazing job and was very professional. However, after I examined the situation, it was determined that I did not need a new furnance. I should have gotten a second opinion, but already purchased it.
