I have never dealt with a better company than this. This was the best experience I’ve ever encountered. Ken came to clean my dryer vent and he found that my vent came detached and my attic was full of lint. Even though he had another job to get to he stayed, cleaned and waited for another worker to come fix the vent, at no additional charge. As a single woman you find that companies will try to take advantage of you and I’ve never felt so respected as did with this visit. Highly recommend!

My furnace went out right as temps were to plummet down in the negatives and summers sent out Kevin immediately! He was nice, knowledgeable and respectful. Got us back up running quickly. I’d highly recommend summers

We had the unfortunate luck of a furnace breakdown in January and Nic and his team went above and beyond replacing our HVAC when freezing cold outside. Very efficient, friendly and professional team. Highly recommended.

Anthony from Summers HVAC did an excellent job installing our whole-home humidifier and static filter. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how everything works and how to maintain it. The installation was clean and efficient, and he made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. You can tell he takes pride in his work. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the friendly service. Highly recommend Anthony and the team at Summers for any HVAC needs!

I have been a regular customer and because of that relationship, I expected that when a need arose, I would receive a fair and transparent price.
Recently, my tenant’s water heater failed, leaving her without hot water, so I contacted Summers. The technician advised that the unit needed to be replaced and quoted a price of close to $3,000. I have had few water heaters replaced over the years; I have never paid an amount this high. I did not have time to shop around so reluctantly I agreed. I asked for a breakdown of the cost of the water heater itself and the labor/installation charges, but I was told that this information could not be provided. Since the price of the unit is easy to verify and labor is typically itemized, the lack of transparency was disappointing.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I was highly dissatisfied with the service.

Very high prices

Mike came out a week ago to do a maintenance checkup on my furnace and did a fantastic job. He is friendly and courteous at all times. I suggest Summers hold on to this employee. Hopefully he'll be sent back out again when my AC is due for a checkup.

Quoted over $700 to replace two wax rings for toilets.

I love this company and we pay for the monthly service. We needed emergency services tonight on a Sunday and the tech named Bob said he will not come out on a Sunday at 6pm to rod out our plumbing. We called the customer service line and they told us that there was nothing they could do but put in a compliant and have someone come out in the morning. We made a BBB complaint on this since sewage is backed up in our home and we made the tech and customer service aware. We love this company and especially Nick, but who ever Bob is needs to find a job that doesn't require off hours if he isn't willing to complete jobs when we are willing to pay for them on emergency services!!!
