I don’t know who gives this place such high ratings,
We called because we had a problem with our water tank, but still had hot water. Guy came in Wednesday at 4:00 PM, told me what was wrong within 5 minutes, I said fix it, he said it was too late and we would have to wait till the following day and charged me $100 to analyze it. Wasted half my day but finally shows up Thursday and supposedly fixed it, this time he stayed 10 whole minutes, and charged me $130. Now I have no hot water, so we called and now they want to charge me an additional $169!!!
Before they came I had hot water, my 4 yr old tank was just making a popping noise and now I have no hot water after they “fixed it.”
Warning don’t fall into this web that I fell into, I have a feeling that this is going to take a call to the BBB, and another waste of a day.!

SCAM ALERT, UPDATE!!!
Before I had this outfit come out, I had hot water. My AO Smith water heater is 4 yrs old on a 10 yr warranty. Now they had a new guy come out today (wasting day 3) and told me I needed a whole new water heater at $2800 and it was nothing they did and then he proceeded to tell me that if it was their fault rest assured he would of told me.
My opinion is the first guy messed up, and really screwed up my water heater, because if I needed a new one, he could of told me on day one, so the company isn’t going to eat a water heater, so they tried selling me a new one.
I will be reporting them to BBB, and now I have to waste a day taking them to small claims to at least get the money they took from me, and try to recover some loss on a new water heater, but the company knows it’s going to be impossible for me to prove that, so I still lose, but maybe this review will do somebody else some good and before they respond with “Call us, so we can discuss your problem.” We tried calling before hand, and tried to talk to a manager, and of course got no response because “They were too busy”

Charged me 7k for a new A/C unit about 5 years ago. The thing never stops running when it's hot. And it never gets to the desired temp. They've been out to look at it every single year and want more money to fix what they installed. Avoid this company.

Dan was great! He did an amazing job and was very professional. However, after I examined the situation, it was determined that I did not need a new furnance. I should have gotten a second opinion, but already purchased it.

I have never dealt with a better company than this. This was the best experience I’ve ever encountered. Ken came to clean my dryer vent and he found that my vent came detached and my attic was full of lint. Even though he had another job to get to he stayed, cleaned and waited for another worker to come fix the vent, at no additional charge. As a single woman you find that companies will try to take advantage of you and I’ve never felt so respected as did with this visit. Highly recommend!

My furnace went out right as temps were to plummet down in the negatives and summers sent out Kevin immediately! He was nice, knowledgeable and respectful. Got us back up running quickly. I’d highly recommend summers

We had the unfortunate luck of a furnace breakdown in January and Nic and his team went above and beyond replacing our HVAC when freezing cold outside. Very efficient, friendly and professional team. Highly recommended.

Anthony from Summers HVAC did an excellent job installing our whole-home humidifier and static filter. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how everything works and how to maintain it. The installation was clean and efficient, and he made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. You can tell he takes pride in his work. I have been a regular customer and because of that relationship, I expected that when a need arose, I would receive a fair and transparent price.
Recently, my tenant’s water heater failed, leaving her without hot water, so I contacted Summers. The technician advised that the unit needed to be replaced and quoted a price of close to $3,000. I have had few water heaters replaced over the years; I have never paid an amount this high. I did not have time to shop around so reluctantly I agreed. I asked for a breakdown of the cost of the water heater itself and the labor/installation charges, but I was told that this information could not be provided. Since the price of the unit is easy to verify and labor is typically itemized, the lack of transparency was disappointing.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I was highly dissatisfied with the service.
