Absolutely amazing after hours customer service! Our AC went out just before July 4th. Hot and humid weather would be an understatement--family had already started to arrive for the holiday weekend. Russell (name on the invoice so I hope I'm giving credit where credit is due) arrived at midnight--checked everything over, diagnosed the problem (capacitor) and completed the repair timely. Can't thank him enough! Extremely thorough and thoughtful. We have used Summers in Crown Point in the past and will definitely continue to give them our business.
