The technician called to inform me that he was on his way. And arrived when he said he would. Rang my doorbell and politely waited for me to answer. Introduced himself and inform me that he was here for an appointment to check my air conditioner. Came in, add covers to put on his shoes and I showed him where things were. He was very concerned about any concerns that I had and answered all of my questions. I allowed him to do what he needed to do and when he was completed he returned and asked me if I was willing to participate in a sign raffle, I agreed and a sign was placed in my yard. It was a very pleasant experience having the tech come in and take care of what was needed quickly but efficiently.
