We have used Summers several times for various issues with plumbing in our basement. The most recent service call was by Conner Griffin. He came out today after our ejector pump failed last night. Summers is always very responsive and addresses emergencies very quickly. Conner replace our entire sump pump (it has been running off the battery backup for some time), and installed a new ejector pump system (the float activation had failed). He was fast, friendly, answered all my questions, and cleaned up after he was done. We will be using Summers for all our hvac, heating, and plumbing needs. Their annual service plan is a good deal and provides good peace of mind for any homeowner.

EDIT: We have had summers out several times for general maintenance included in the annual service time. Each time has been great. Great communication from their home office and technician. The techs have always been extremely friendly and professional. There is nothing I can say that's bad about our experience with Summers.
