Guy came out and said my tank was bad I needed a new one. Called another elservice and it was literally just a bad switch. So I paid 160$ for summers to come and do nothing, and then give me the wrong diagnosis. Would never recommend, I woluld give 0 stars if I could.

Recently, I had all new plumbing installed throughout my home. The project was originally estimated to take 3 days. Brian was the project manager and explained everything very well. He was very patient with all my questions and responded with answers that I trusted. Andy and Ziggy worked diligently for 2 days and were able to complete the entire project. Both Andy and Ziggy were respectful and sincere regarding all of my questions and concerns. I felt very confident that my project was in the hands that hoped they would be. After all was done, I had professional plumbing completely installed to code and an enormous sense of relief that the job was done and it was done right! I will continue to stay with Summers for all my plumbing needs and I recommend them to all of my family, friends, and neighbors in Crown Point and surrounding areas. Five stars!!!!
