By far the worse experience. Within 5 minutes he is telling me all these problems about an AC that is working called a friend who is skilled in HVAC the worker hollers I have my field supervisor come out and explain never happened. He didn’t even want tongo in the attic bc of the heat to look at the what he needed. Only after he could not open the ladder so he just places it as if it was inaccessible. He kept trying to paint a false narrative and I heard him same it’s a little contaminates. I was so happy when he left only to see he broke my hose. Bad attitude and incompetent.

Kenny was here for a plumbing inspection and also my annual A/C check up. Found a problem with my hot water heater. Good at explaining the problem to me. No high pressure to get a replacement but he explained all the possible scenarios. I'm going to get a replacement H2O tank. Definitely would recommend Summer's PHC. Also love that they have an annual maintenance program. Thanks to Kenny for his service today.
