Prompt and efficient Kenney and his trainee were the best technicians I've experienced in the 18yrs living here. I've had other companies clean my furnace yearly and no other company showed me how to clean drain in furnace or filter under furnace. Not air filter. They also were good with my dogs lol. Great job guys!

Update: Had my AC check up today. Kenny was very thorough, and explained everything clearly. I'm glad to know Old Faithful is ready to go for summer. If it ever warms up outside. Still very thankful I started using Summers.
