They installed a new unit at my house and it’s been a nightmare ever since
I think they installed the wrong unit
Had at least 10 service calls and every time they have a different excuse
Now the unit stopped working completely
Bad company avoid at all cost

They saved the day (or night)! We had an issue with all the upstairs bathrooms that happened at 4:45pm. When I called with an SOS, they assured me that someone would be out soon. The technician, Stan, arrived by 6:30pm and started diagnostics. Within a few minutes he knew we had a clog, he just had to determine where it was. He gave me pricing up front and went searching. After about an hour and a half, he had found it and busted it out. Stan took the time to make sure all of the plumbing was flowing well and then cleaned up. He was professional and friendly, and made sure that I was a happy customer before he left at about 9pm. If I ever have any other plumbing needs, Summers will be my first call and I will make sure that I recommend them. Thank you, Stan, and Summers for taking care of my family tonight.
