We came back from Vacation & I called Summer's to put in a call for our Water Heater would not Light Up or on. Bryan Mejan came out at the time He said he would, with a Back Up Water Heater just in case it would not Come on. Bryan Did get it working and Lit for the Time Being. Even though he is our Son, He was very Proficient and Knowledge of His Craft and had a Plan in Place for us. We appreciate your Knowledgeable staff. Will use you again.

when I made an appointment yesterday for a maintenance tuneup on a new furnace I was at first really surprised that I had to wait all the way till January 2024, but I was pleasantly happy when I may have gotten one of Summer’s’s best and finest text to help us out on the thermostat, the ecobee and also the furnace. When I met Josh Wakefield, I was beyond impressed with his abilities and experience and comfort level of everything that he did for us. He truly is an asset to your company to Summer’s’s, and to the field that he’s providing in heating and air-conditioning. Josh was truly like a professor given his experience. I hope many customers get him for the winter season will be pleasantly happy and thoroughly content with a tech like Josh Wakefield. Thank you for having a wonderful tech like him.

Today, given the most challenging weather of the winter, I was extremely grateful that a tech could come out and fix my issues on my new system of a frozen coolant line, and a few other minor issues that were affecting the heating. John was excellent and calm and focused on everything that he knew he had to do to get things juggled. I know that Summers plate was pretty full with a lot of people being out of power or heat so I told him to put me the last, but yet if they could attend my issue and they did. You may pay more, but you get a good value for what you get and for what you pay that Summers, thank you Summers.

This is for Kenny Guzman: Another great Tech came to the house today for normal Maintenance. Kenny was able to point out some things I could probably do myself as far as some cleaning, which I did not know, but he was absolutely professional, and good at what he did.. Also, your people in Crown Point were very very great in guiding me to have the appointment come earlier and I appreciate their support and help as well. I believe her name was Rachel ..

5/16/25:
Bryan Mejan followed up with a yearly Plumbing maintenance call. Although my son, He is a seasoned professional & thorough & knows plumbing well. Efficient in every manner, he checked all things plumbing. When he checked my Sump Pump, I told him it was 29 years old. He highly recommended I change it out ASAP. I’ll have one ordered today to convert. Thank you Bryan for being so good at your Craft!!

On this date at 7am, my wife woke up to a huge water mess. As it turned out the Water line to Ice maker cracked & gushed out a lot of water damage upstairs & in basement. Mike came out & addressed the issue by replacing it with a better quality water line. His support & guidance to repair in quick time was highly appreciated & valued. Summers came through again. You can count on them!!!!!

Brian was very polite and knowledgeable. He addressed the issues and explained what was needed in a very professional manner.
Andy and Stan got the job done quickly and with courtesy. We were rescheduled from a morning appointment to an afternoon appointment because they felt the person who provided the estimate should do the install. we had to wait most of the day for them to arrive, only to find that the person who provided the estimate was not who arrived. Andy and Stan had to return to the office for a skinny water heater which is what should have been estimated. All in all not a great experience and one that could have been avoided with the morning appointment and proper information on the estimate. We look forward to a better experience on the service contract—which we had had thus far.

Came out in the rain when I had water absolutely flooding my downstairs. Honest, professional and reassuring. He set us up with restoration people and answered all of my questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. Thank you!

We had s service agreement with Summers and have had them out multiple times. The latest time to install a new ejector pit and proper piping. Their prices are very reasonable, and their service is always fantastic. Everyone we've had out has been awesome.
