Very pleased with the service provided this week. I called the 24 hour emergency service on Monday because my furnace was not working properly. Kevin came out and got my furnace working again but informed me that a new furnace was needed. Kevin didn’t leave until the furnace was working and my new furnace was scheduled to be installed. Brandon and Justin came Wednesday and had the new furnace installed and running quickly and efficiently. They explained everything to me about the new furnace and thermostat. Thank you so much for excellent service!

Summers came out and diagnosed my furnace wrong the way I found out I called someone else for a second opinion and it was a completely different thing and summers was gonna charge me $875 for a gas valve the the other people said it was the bored the gas valve was good and I paid them 250 to change that that was what was wrong and when I called summers and asked hey can I have my 100 back sence you get me wrong diagnostics they said il tell my manger and haven’t heard from them in over a month now I would definitely not recommend if that’s the way there going to run a business

This company did respond overnight and sent a tech out at 1:30am during freezing weather, which I appreciated. However, after diagnosing a faulty high-limit switch on my 3-year-old furnace, I was told my unit “wasn’t good” and would likely need full replacement. No one explained the underlying cause or performed airflow diagnostics.

I paid for the service call but never received an ETA on the part despite multiple follow-up calls. Customer service was kind, but there was no follow-through or resolution.

I ultimately got a second opinion. That company confirmed the same faulty part, completed a full diagnostic, explained everything clearly, and determined my furnace does NOT need replacement — just routine maintenance (coil/blower/air chamber cleaning). They had the part available and restored heat the same day.

I’m glad they came out overnight, but the experience felt more sales-driven than service-driven. I’m grateful I sought a second opinion.

Mr Kevin was amazing to help me out when I needed it the most being a mortician I help others. This young man came out in 0 degree temps in middle of night yesterday. Nick and Ziggy did a prompt, cheerful, professional emergency repair when our pipes burst in the ceiling and flooded the garage. They could not have been nicer or more helpful and quickly replaced the burst copper pipe, cleaned up meticulously, and offered us their helpful membership maintenance plans. Many thanks!

Mike, Randy, and Austin were the gentlemen assigned to our project. From the first minute of their arrival I was impressed with their courtesy and professionalism. Their communications were clear and thorough. They maintained their work area, and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly.
