We’re returning customers, first service was full HVAC installation and this time we had an issue with our sewer line. Roots had grown into the line, causing a backup in our garage. We called Summers for an emergency service, and the technician arrived within 30 minutes! Unfortunately, the repair required two people, so they came back the next day. They rodded out the roots and got our line draining again—it was such a relief! I forgot their names, but we’re so thankful for their quick response and expertise. Highly recommend!

Summers of Crown Point Indiana. Great company, professionals from start to finish. They did an entire section removal and replacement of old leaky galvanized piping. A very difficult job do to 60 years of old hodgepodge work building . They were able to remove, replace and clean up in one very long day for the crew. They reworked the plumbing at VFW Post 717 St. John Indiana. We definitely need more work done and we will be using them in the rest of the building. 5/5 company. Mike C.

Angelo came out at night to save us. Toilet, shower, and sink were all backed up. He came in a found the problem was a bunch of roots clogging up our main line. Took care of the problem for us and offered many solutions going forward. Great service!!

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER

Josh and his partner were great. They discovered the cause of my leaking toilet as soon as the pulled the toilet. They didn’t have the flange riser needed to do the repair. They had to go and get the part but came back in a timely manner. Installing the flange riser was quick and easy. Not including having to go and get the flange riser needed, job complete from diagnostic to repair took less than a half hour.
I’ve worked in the contract glazing industry for over 40 years and I try and promote young men to follow it as a career. Back in 1999 prior to my retirement and Covid we charged $150.00 per hour for a Glazer in downtown Chicago. Summers charges $450.00 per hour for their Plummers. I am going to have to change my way of thinking and guide young men towards being Plumbers in lieu of Glazers. Plumbing appears to be much more lucrative.
I have a functional toilet. Happy Ending
