Who is that excellent, diligent and skillful piping engineer?! It’s Mike Meager! I had major plumbing work needing with old pipes. He and his team broke concrete and exposed the problem. He redid my stack pipe and drain. He also put in sump pump and check valve.

We bought this house in 2023 and the previous owners used summers to have the new ac and furnace installed. So we are keeping up with all of the warranty stuff and signed on for their service plan which I am happy with and I am also happy with the technicians that come out. Where I am having a huge issue with is that there was a very expensive Lennox thermostat installed and it stopped working after only being a few months old. For whatever reason I had to purchase another one because it wasn’t under warranty anymore. So after only a few months it started acting up. The tech came out and messed around with it and it worked for a little bit then the same problem occurred. So they swapped it out for a much cheaper Honeywell brand which is working fine and they were supposed to refund or credit me with the difference which never happened. I’ve called in numerous times and they always say they will let the boss Jerrod know and he will contact me. He never has and it has been almost a year dealing with this issue. Very poor management from Jerrod in customer appreciation and company representation. Why rip someone off like that? Can I just get my money refunded? It shouldn’t be this hard.

Braden was an awesome tech. We have a really unique issue with our unit and we still aren't sure, but he left us with a few options to think on.

Overall we got a good price to have our system thoroughly cleaned and diagnosed and even though the issue isn't fixed yet, I'm pleased with the service.
