Branden, Mark, and Adam all came to my house and added a supply to my kitchen and after all my time in this house I finally have heat in my kitchen.

Got me. Vulnerable situation and charge $700 for two Sioux Chief Valves for laundry room. $25-$30 max on these valves each. It is unfortunate when you’re in a vulnerable situation how a company can take advantage of you! My question is how much do you charge an hour? Also, I had to turn off/on main water supply to house. They literally just installed two valves, also an 1 1/2 hr late, not the techs fault.
So, tech says job is over $700 non-member (ok), but if you sign up to become a member you’ll save this much today and also receive benefits for the year. (Ok). Made no sense to not become a member at the time of payment🤷‍♂️.
WHAT A VULNERABLE MOMENT, look at the invoice I provided. Just a generic price, no hourly or how much valves cost. NOTHING!

Josh has done a great job. He has made sure that my HVAC system was working properly. He called and connected with me to ensure professional service was provided. Hr needs a raise to an exceptional work.

Zack maintained and looked over my furnace and made sure was working correctly and properly, he also gave good knowledge about the furnace and what to do in the future.

Kevin was awesome today. He answered all my many questions and explained everything. I feel so much better about this heat pump. I definitely will recommend him each time I have service. He went above and beyond and is also very knowledgeable. Casey was with him and he did a great job answering my questions as well.

Do yourself a favor and NOT call this company. It'll end up costing you a fortune and a whole lot of headache.

Had a kitchen sink stop draining a day before a busy morning where I needed my sink. It was an emergency and he got it done in no time. This is the second time I’ve used them for an emergency and couldn’t be happier.

Jake, Dominick and Adam replaced my furnace today and were very professional throughout their time here. They ensured they wore booties as they came into the house, laid tarps to keep the floor cleaned and in the end, did a great job cleaning up. These guys were knowledgeable, friendly as my husband and I asked questions and were very efficient. I highly recommend this company for any services as my experiences have always been excellent with them as I have 3 maintenance plans with them!

The guy that came out didn't even do anything and wanted to charge me $600 and something for a gas valve that I didn't even need and I called to complain and nobody has called me back I've caught put in two requests

I had an amazing experience with Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling. No one wants to be told they need a new furnace: especially at the holidays. Kevin didn't make me feel stressed out. He came and inspected my furnace when the pilot light went out. I knew deep down what he was going to say. Sure enough, my furnace was too far gone to be fixed...it was 35 years old. Kevin came back the next day with the estimate. I was able to get an appointment to work around my work schedule for the installation of a new furnace. Jake came out early and began to disassemble my old furnace. Then, Mark and Adam came. They had everything installed and cleaned up perfectly so I could get to work. They were so professional. The following day, Kevin contacted me to see how everything was going with the new furnace. I told him everything was amazing with the installation. I even called their boss, Ben, to let him know how pleased I was with the service I was given. Everyone should use Summers Plumbing Heating and Cooling. I highly recommend them. Angelo was amazing to say the least, super respectful and walked me step by step what he was doing to de-scale my heat as you go water heater. Super friendly and even gave my 1.5 year old high fives!! 10/10 would recommend Summers and Angelo to anyone for repairs!
