The technician was very kind. He did a fast diagnosis of the problem. He came late at night when I honestly thought he wasn’t going to show. Got our a/c fixed and stayed to make sure it was working properly before he left.

Today we had our scheduled safety and comfort plan inspection. Your team member was on time and from the first handshake to the final "thank you" he was profesional, knowledgeable and polite. We have used many different services over the past 40 years. Worked with dozens of profesional workers (home repair / ect) and by far, your employee was one of the BEST. He was soo knowledgeable and willing to teach and provide tips to prevent future problems. He was very very polite. Summers is fortunate to have such a profesional team member.
