Braden / Brady was phenomenal. Next day service our our air conditioner, diagnosed the part fairly quick, actually had the part on-hand, and was repaired in no time. Recieved some quotes for a new unit down the line, and information about their maintenance packages. Will definitely request him as our service person going forward.
