I always hear good things about this company but this is twice now I’ve been done wrong the first time I requested an hvac estimate for replacement I asked for a HE 2 stage furnace was was quoted on a 80% single stage, the second and most recent was I had a sewer main blockage from roots I had a guy come out after hours on a weekend so I was charged an arm and a leg for that which is understandable but he was unable to get the blockage cleared and told me the sewer line would have to be dug up and replaced running me about 9k I called another company and they came out and cleared my blockage in under an hour

Do not allow any of summers company without prove of their insurance policy number .If they fell and installation is wrong you will regret. They will try to reaper cheap way and never file a claim with their insurance. They will advise to file a claim with your homeowners insurance
