There were 2 techs that provided service; one for air conditioning and one for plumbing, each were maintenance.

Plumbing- Despite the indicators on the sheet, the only checks done were the sump pump, gas hot water heater and one bathroom sink faucet. There was a lengthy sales pitch and description on the age of the gas hot water heater with strong indicator on replacement. The replacement suggestions were extremely priced high.
The a/c tech wasn't knowledgeable of the smart thermostat model I have. I had to show him how to use it. It appeared to take him longer than most previous techs to troubleshooting the a/c model unit that I have. *Neither signed the maintenance record sheet on the furnace, which I assume is protocol.

Joe was prompt, professional, polite and respectful. He was thorough and explained what the issue was and how to correct it.

Don was the service tech, which wasn't listed in the drop down list. He was polite and efficient.

However, whenever I had to call back on the timing for tech arrival, the CSR, Charity, was a bit rude with me. I mentioned that it wasn't a good time for what first indicated (arrival by 10am) and indicated it would be better for 10:30am giving a reason why. Her response of my window is 10am-12pm and the tone of voice was uncalled for. The time adjustment I asked for was still within my window.

Kenny G was once again awesome in providing excellent service going above and beyond!

Kenny G was courteous, professional and respectful of my home. He kept updated on what was going with Furnace. Thankfully, nothing was found and all was in great condition.

Charlie is always very professional and courteous. There's no complaint whenever Charlie is sent to do service.

Connor went above and beyond in troubleshooting the issues with the humidifier on the furnace and why it wasn't yet working properly. He was courteous, polite and professional.

Jeremy was very thorough, professional and courteous. He was very patient and understanding after explaining the recent passing of my husband then having a fall myself breaking my pelvis. It hasn't been a very good last 30+ days. It was reassuring knowing Jeremy was here to handle the issue. Thanks again Summers HVAC for being there and having awesome staff!

Charlie took the time to show me the proper way to install the humidifier filter into its frame and back into place. My husband is no longer able to perform any household tasks due to his traumatic brain injury so I am learning more of these tasks. Thank you Charlie for your patience in showing me the correct way! Excellent service

I just had my inspection of my ac unit before the summer season starts. The technician that came out was Donell Kelly. He was amazing!! He took his time and explained things that I need to consider later but didn’t necessarily need to change now. He informed us about a solace air filter that he recommended that we get because of our small children. He took his time and went through the unit, explained what tools he brought into the house to check the ac. He was very polite and a pleasure to have. He will be the only tech that I ask for when getting work done from Summers!!
