Technician attempted to repair the faucet that another company only wanted to replace. (To do that the floor would have to be tore up because the house is built in a slab. ) But he feared breaking the pipe if he would have used any more force. The best he could do was put a new brass hose shutoff on.

Although I only received a consultation so far, Brian and his partner were thorough in walking me through a quote!

Furnace maintenance. Thorough check and cleaning. He came on time, identified himself, polite. I would have no problem having them back.

Toilet was wobbly. Angelo came & took care of the problem and secured toilet. Fantastic service. I do wish i had known ahead of time my toilet would be oval i much prefer a round bowl but am greatful it works!

Last night Angelo came out for a clogged toilet. He was fast efficient & really nice. We needed to have the toilet replaced today we asked for Angelo but he was not available so, Tyler came he discovered an enormous amount of tree roots in the collar of toilet since we live on a slab. He removed them checked lines with the camera & replaced toilet. He was awesome & did a fantastic job my toilet is taller too!! As always very pleased with my service from Summers.

Tyler did a water heater inspection on unit installed last year. They were quick efficient & answered all my questions. I will continue to use Summers for all my plumbing & heating needs.

Pilot went out on my hot water heater Mike was here in less than 2 hours got it lit & put in orders for a new part. Very happy with my service as always.
